Never thought I’d be this excited about boarding!
I don't write many reviews. Sometimes however it's worth writing one. On this occasion it was worth it, We needed part of the loft boarding to enable access for solar panel batteries to be installed in the loft. From the moment we dealt with MTLL, they were professional and very reasonable on price. Then came the pièce de résistance... Kieran. Friendly, polite, efficient and very very tidy! Did a great job. Quotation visit was thorough, helpful and produced a reasonable price. Kieran the fitter was punctual, pleasant, helpful and efficient. There was no need for any replastering or painting, and he left our home as he found it in terms of cleanliness. Gave us good instructions too on usage of the new ladder. Great company. Lewis came and did our free survey and quote, he was very professional and arrived exactly as booked. Gave us our quote which we accepted and booked in for a few weeks later. On the day of our install Chris and David did our installation and were extremely quick efficient. Even with our ceiling being a funny height they adapted the ladder they were fitting for us perfectly and made our old hatch a lot bigger. Did an absolute top quality job and were really lovely guys too. Covered carpets and left everything spotless. Would definitely recommend. — Anne
