Hi, I’m Jed.

I’m the More Than Loft Ladders franchise partner covering Worcestershire, Dudley, West Birmingham and Wolverhampton.

I’ve spent most of my working life in trade and engineering roles. After leaving school, I trained as an electrician before running my own trade business for 10 years. I then spent 7 years working as a telecommunications engineer, which gave me plenty of experience working in customers’ homes and finding practical solutions to all sorts of challenges.

I’ve always enjoyed helping people improve their homes, which is what attracted me to More Than Loft Ladders. Many lofts are full of potential but end up being difficult to access or simply not used properly. I enjoy helping homeowners turn that wasted space into something safe, practical and useful.

For me, good customer service is just as important as the quality of the work itself. I believe in being honest, reliable and treating every home with care and respect. Whether I’m installing a loft ladder, boarding a loft or creating a complete storage solution, I take pride in doing the job properly and making sure my customers are happy with the end result.

Meet the Team

Lauren, Co-director

Hi, I’m Lauren Eldon, and I’m part of the team at More Than Loft Ladders. Before joining the business, I spent 10 years as a primary school teacher, a role I absolutely loved for the creativity, organisation, and people skills it taught me, all of which I now bring into helping customers transform their loft spaces.

I’m a mum of three children, engaged to Jed, and we’re excitedly planning our wedding for 2027. When I’m not chatting lofts and storage solutions, you’ll usually find me with a cup of tea, a good book and a slice of coffee cake.

I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, and committed to making every job as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Jack – Installer 

Jack brings valuable experience to More Than Loft Ladders, having previously worked for another loft installation company before joining our team. His strong technical background and commitment to quality make him a reliable and skilled member of our workforce.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing pool and spending quality time with his daughter and fiancée.
