Before joining More Than Loft Ladders, I worked as a telecoms engineer, where I learned how to solve problems and install broadband lines with precision. I also trained as an electrician and spent years working in my father’s well-loved roofing business, which taught me the importance of hard work and putting customers first.

Based in Worcester, I love helping homeowners across Worcestershire and Dudley unlock the full potential of their lofts. Whether it’s installing a safe, easy-to-use loft ladder, boarding your loft for extra storage, or even improving your loft access, I’ll make sure the end result is just right for you and your home.

Meet the Team

Lauren, Co-director

Hi, I’m Lauren Eldon, and I’m part of the team at More Than Loft Ladders. Before joining the business, I spent 10 years as a primary school teacher, a role I absolutely loved for the creativity, organisation, and people skills it taught me, all of which I now bring into helping customers transform their loft spaces.

I’m a mum of three children, engaged to Jed, and we’re excitedly planning our wedding for 2027. When I’m not chatting lofts and storage solutions, you’ll usually find me with a cup of tea, a good book and a slice of coffee cake.

I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, and committed to making every job as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Emilio – Installer

Before joining More Than Loft Ladders, Emilio spent six months travelling across New Zealand, gaining life experience and a love for adventure. He’s an active member of a local rugby team and enjoys socialising with friends and attending live gigs in his spare time.

His energy, teamwork, and positive attitude make him a brilliant addition to our team.

Jack – Installer 

Jack brings valuable experience to More Than Loft Ladders, having previously worked for another loft installation company before joining our team. His strong technical background and commitment to quality make him a reliable and skilled member of our workforce.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing pool and spending quality time with his daughter and fiancée.
