Hi, I’m Ben, the proud Franchise Partner at More Than Loft Ladders, Norfolk.
After spending 19 years working at BT Openreach starting as an engineer and working my way up to senior management, I found myself looking for a new challenge. That’s when I saw the perfect opportunity to start my own family business, using my hands on experience, customer care and leadership skills. I felt I was ready for the next chapter – although not alone. My wife, Lizzie, works with me and we love being part of the More Than Loft Ladders Family. In our spare time, we love nothing more than being out and about enjoying the Norfolk Broads on our kayak, taking long walks with our dogs on the Norfolk and Suffolk coast and spending time with our teenage children Sophie and Ollie.

We’ve always lived in Norfolk and are proud to serve our local communities, helping residents transform their homes by unlocking valuable and underused space in their lofts. Many people disregard using their lofts as storage solutions, due to poor access, the hatch being too small or indeed in the wrong location and we are here to help fix this. We can offer the whole package, for example, boarding, lighting, insulation, a ladder and a hatch or just carry out what is required to make the area usable for storage.
