I required a loft ladder and small area of the loft boarding to store our suitcases. I completed and sent the request on line during the evening and to my surprise Iain telephoned me within 10 minutes. We arranged a date for the quote and Iain arrived promptly, listened to my requirements and talked me through the process. The quote was acceptable and we set a date for fitting.
On the day, Iain arrived exactly on time and promptly prepared the site by covering the area with dust sheets. He completed the tasks within two hours, demonstrated how the ladder works and cleared and cleaned the site.
